This property was an immaculate, one story, one owner townhome, that never actually hit the market.  The Beecher and Beecher real estate team had been working with Jean, who was currently in the market to downsize from her current home.  Beecher and Beecher real estate team had also been talking with Betty, who resided in this amazing townhome in Cinnamon Square, but she had not yet listed the property.  The Beecher and Beecher team took the notion to take Jean over to Betty’s house to show her the property.  From the moment Jean walked into Betty’s townhome, it was love at first sight and she was sold immediately. 

This was a cash sale and there were no seller concessions.  While Jean and Betty did not know each other prior to Jean walking into Betty’s home that day with the Beecher and Beecher real estate team, they became good acquaintances, which made the closing process fun with lots of laughter.  Betty relocated to a home in South Louisiana, where she could be closer to her family.
